Shipping and Handling

Need to return something? No problem! We are sure you will be pleased with Buzz's low prices and fast, dependable service. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any purchase from Buzz's Marine, simply call Buzz's Marine for a return authorization number and return the product with a copy of your enclosed Return Order form, a copy of original invoice, freight prepaid by customer, in its original unused condition, in its original packing materials, within 60 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Defective products and returns past 60 days should be returned to the product manufacturer. For details call (308) 234-4576.

Shipping and handling charges: Each order will be charged an $8.95 handling fee to ensure that orders are shipped accurately and promptly. Buzz's Marine does not charge shipping for online orders. Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

Shipping Method: We ship via UPS Ground in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges. We cannot ship our products internationally. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Additional charges will apply.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental United States. Allow additional transit time for shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 60 days from the original ship date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include all required return material in original packing materials. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Include a copy of the packing slip as well as the Buzz’s Marine Return Order Form to ensure a timely refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless product is defective or is the incorrect product. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. All returns must be pre-authorized. Call (308) 234-4576 or e-mail boatparts@charterinternet.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item, no additional shipping charges will be incurred. We will pay for return shipments of incorrect products and pay the additional shipping charges for correct products. A refund is not available for receiving incorrect products.

Incorrect Size: There is no additional charge for incorrect size exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit correctly. Customer will receive the exact product ordered in a different size, if available. Customer will incur all additional shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge as well as the return shipping charge for the original product ordered. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Defective Items: Defective items can be returned for exchange only within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, defective item returns will depend on the manufacturers warranty. Please contact our parts department at (308) 234-4576 directly with questions. Buzz’s Marine will pay additional shipping charges incurred to replace the defective item if returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned via UPS Ground service only. Sorry, no COD’s will be accepted.

Return Shipping Instructions: Obtain a return authorization number by calling (308) 234-4576 or e-mailing boatparts@charterinternet.com. Include the return order form as well as a copy of the packing slip or e-mail invoice. Return via prepaid UPS or US mail directly to Buzz’s Marine at the address below. Insure shipment for full value of product. Use original packing materials. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

In-Store Returns: Buzz’s Marine will replace or repurchase items sold in our store or on our website within 60 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. The original receipt, or copy of, is required for a full refund. If no receipt is presented, store credit will be issued at the lowest advertised price of the item within the last 60 days. Clearance items are non-refundable.

Sales Tax and Payment Methods

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law. Orders accepted via secure online order form only. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® cards. All credit cards are verified for your protection.

Backordered Items

If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. If shipment is more than 30 days after the order date, we will notify you via email and offer a cancellation option. Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
