Our Mission is to provide quality service to our family of boat and engine customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. When you purchase a new or used boat or engine from Buzz's Marine, you are automatically enrolled in Priority Plus Service. Whether your craft needs a wash or wax, accessory installation, or hull and/or engine repair, our Priority Plus puts you first! As it should, your service needs precede those of other owners outside of the Buzz's Marine family. After all, what good is boat if it's in the shop for most of the summer. Being a Priority Plus owner gives you Service Priority and the preferred treatment you deserve and expect.

Our experienced and certified marine technicians are factory trained by Yamaha, Mercury, Indmar, Mercruiser and Volvo. With ten individual service stalls and multitudes of service equipment, we are as well-equipped as any other dealer in the Midwest to professionally service your boating needs. Our eight-acre facility and 66,000 square feet of buildings can not only supply you with a new or used boat, but also provide you with the service your family requires for summers of fun.

Should an OEM genuine manufacturer’s part we installed fail within five years due to workmanship, we will replace that part and provide installation at no additional cost. Consumables (oil, spark plugs, etc.) and failures due to abuse or wear are excluded.

When the water calls, we provide expedient warranty service to our owner’s first. We do not take shop time or stocked parts from you to fix another dealer’s responsibilities during boating season. That shop time and those parts are for you! Our energy and effort are focused on you and your family’s boating fun and excitement, not somebody else’s warranty revenue.

From the beginning, our namesake (Buzz) always insisted that our boat owners receive a little extra service care because "his name was riding those waves". As a continuation of that effort, all Priority Plus owners now receive additional engine and drive inspections during winterizations at no extra cost.

As boaters oursleves, we know the frustration of “stuff” that happens on holiday weekends on the water. Whether you can’t remember how to hookup your Bluetooth or something more significant like the engine won’t start, you will be able to reach Barletta’s exclusive hotline for assistance and possible resolution. Barletta makes this hotline available to all our pontoon boat owners, no matter the brand. Barletta’s hotline will be manned by trained and certified technicians. The phone number for this hotline will be posted on at 5:00pm on Friday, May 26th, 2023.
